Spingold turns the corner with UK's first PFI Di-CUT 300

Spingold has been operating in the design, graphics and print industries for more than 20 years, making its first purchase of a digital printing press in 2007. It now has the in-house facilities to produce anything from business cards to exhibition graphics, with SRA3 and large format printing and finishing capabilities. Growth in the last six years has been strong, fuelled by substantial investment.

Confidence grows with breakthrough into new markets

John Vaughan started Kingsley Print & Design in 1981 and still runs the company as Managing Director, with his son Bradley as Sales Director. Although purely a litho company at the start, the commercial printer has since branched out into narrow and wide formal digital print, finishing and graphic design. It employs more than 20 staff, running 24 hours a day, 4-6 days per week.

A different league with time-critical quality production

Just Digital employs 110 people at its modern, purpose-built production site which moved to Huntingdon in March 2015. It provides time-critical marketing and print services across a range of industries, with Mercedes-Benz, the NHS and Anglian Water among its high-profile customers. Its £6.5 million turnover, with its largest single rolling contract at £1.2m, increased by 25% in 2015.
