The DC-8/32 Explained...

The DC-8/32 is a suction feed floor standing vertical collator designed to cope with the wide range of demands that today’s printers face. It offers eight collating bins as standard, each with a handy 60mm capacity and each with a controlled air separation system to provide trouble-free feeding on all types of paper, up to 350 x 500mm in format and from 40gsm to 300gsm in thickness. Detectors identify and eject sets with double sheets, misfed or missing sheets as well as alert the operator when a bin is empty. Block mode allows bins to be replenished while other bins continue to feed. The DC-8/32 will feed a Duplo bookletmaking system at up to 5,000 A4 sets an hour or will feed a Duplo jogger at 10,000 A4 sheets an hour.
