He can choose the level of service that best suits his business, from the no frills Comfort package, through the Optimum package which provides regular maintenance and prompt call out and to the Excellence package which provides priority call-out as well as many other benefits!

The packages have been put together based on 50 years experience of what suits different types of customers. Why should a company with multiple machines which can provide cover pay for a level of support that is unnecessary, while another company will want the absolute assurance that comes with the Excellence package.

Customers can sign up for the Duplo Tandem Club for savings on call-out charges and response rates using a members card.
